No Warranty Chain
We specify and advise on hardware, but devices stay on the manufacturer's warranty - We never sit in a chain we cannot influence.
No On-Premises Servers
The service is a cloud estate. Legacy on-site systems and specialist line-of-business software are scoped separately.
No Network Or Connectivity Contracts
Internet, failover and on-site network equipment stay with you and your own providers. We cover the Microsoft cloud and the devices on it.
Business-Class Windows Only
A defined, business-class Windows hardware list, with no consumer-grade or Apple Mac devices, keeps every estate manageable and secure.
